I sold a house recently with George as my agent. George walked me through a tough market and gave prudent advice on my decision making process. This helped me accept his advice and make decisions I was comfortable with. George added a personal touch in ensuring that we went through inspections, appraisals and repairs that were to be done. These areas gave me the educational awareness I needed, going thru each of these to ensure I was up to speed.

Mary is extremely patient, flexible, and personable with her clients. I have worked with Ms. Spence for several years and have been thoroughly impressed with her timely responses and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure her client’s best interest are the priority. For example, prior to the last completed transaction, Mary negotiated fiercely on my behalf; although, the deal did not finalize she made several long trips to ensure the next deal was right fit for me.
