Allen assisted in every single aspect of finding a new home and soon, finding the neighborhood that I wanted and location! He actually went above the usual and helped me with the removal of a DEAD MOUSE from the attic of my new home! I doubt many realtors would assist in that mouse issue! However, I am a Senior Citizen and disabled, so that help was truly appreciated! Additionally, Allen will be selling my current home of 30 years in Alvin, TX.
