I contracted with Charlene Hoang, not Allison Shih. It’s sad to see Charlene throwing her fellow agent under the bus trying to dodge a negative review for her unscrupulous tactics in securing my business and her lack of performance regarding our agreement. Allison was only there when Charlene was not, which was not by much since I was left with showing my own property with a few exceptions. I am not a sales person, so it naturally took longer and cost me more money than expected. Charlene thought she could low-ball the price of my condo for a quick sale, but I capped the price at $570K. By comparison, my neighbor, two doors, down sold his condo for $625K within a much shorter time frame. His real estate team followed conventional wisdom and the difference in price was huge.
