Her expertise and negotiations helped me close on the first house I made an offer on, with two other bids coming in on the same day, as well as a strong seller contribution at closing! House hunting became instantly seamless and so much less stressful working with her and her great inspection and lender recommendations. Very professional and came prepared to every viewing.
