Helped us early on look at houses with no pressure, and gave honest opinions on those houses with no bias. Basically was a relaxed, open minded search. Overall a professional and kind person. Was informative on the steps towards closing and helped communicate with all the necessary people through the process and was transparent during negotiations whether positive or negative towards the outcomes. Our situation was a tough one where we had to close in a limited time frame. Given our circumstances I think Amadu did well in negotiations and communicating to the best of his ability with all the people involved getting answers from our lenders as well as the previous property owners efficiently, for example.
