As a real estate broker and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), I bring a level of organization, strategic planning, and attention to detail that isn't always common in real estate. Whether I'm coordinating inspections, managing contract deadlines, negotiating terms, or working through an unexpected issue, I approach each transaction with a disciplined process while keeping the experience personal and approachable. Before entering real estate, I spent more than 20 years in business leadership and managing complex projects across multiple industries. That background taught me how to anticipate obstacles, solve problems proactively, communicate clearly, and keep complicated situations moving forward—skills that translate remarkably well to real estate. Having lived in Hawaii, Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, I also understand firsthand what it's like to relocate and start somewhere new. Moving isn't just about finding a property; it's about finding the community and home that fit the next chapter of your life. Real estate photography is another passion of mine and an important part of how I approach selling homes.
