From beginning to end (9 months, 4 contracts) Amanda was amazing! I started my search while out of town. Each associate agent was great at communicating and setting up virtual tours, but Amanda made the difference. For houses of particular interest, she would take time and review with me over the phone the pros and cons. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the area, market, and general construction was extraordinary! Even from pictures, she could point out potential pitfalls. 3 contracts fell apart due to financing, but Amanda was always positive and gave great advice. I never dreamed of leaving her, and I know I will certainly request her to sell or buy in the future. Thank you, Amanda, for your support, expertise, and patience!
