Amber was able to get me in for a tour shortly after the home was listed, and I made an offer on it that was accepted. The process after that went smoothly and fairly quickly. Within a month we were at the closing date. Amber was very helpful and professional, arranging everything with the sellers, mortgage lender, and insurance. And she checked in afterwards to see if I needed any help settling in and provided a link to contact the city for utilities. I'd recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
