Amy went out of town the weekend our house was listed. I couldn’t reach her to see what offers had come in. We listed on a Thursday and Sunday night at 7pm I was given, over the phone, several different offers that I needed to review and decide on within 2 hours. She was supposed to give me the offers that day, Sunday at 4pm. It created stress and a sense of urgency to “pick” my buyer. I felt her service was unprofessional as I did not receive any of the offers in writing, just verbally over the phone. I would never use her service again!

We appreciate the feedback shared by this customer and sincerely regret that they felt discomfited about the process but are using this response to improve services to our clientele. We strive to make each transaction seamless, smooth and effortless and we had believed we’d done that by honoring the client’s request to remain relatively hands off and to have their daughter and occupant of the property make all of the decisions as requested. We believed this client was pleased and had told us so, at our ability to garner $100K over purchase price of six months previous. In the year since this deal was closed, we have simplified our offer review system to make it easier for our client’s to choose winners and always strive to put the client in the driver’s seat, barring unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
