Amy was wonderful from the moment she walked in our door! I had met with a realtor before meeting with Amy and when the other realtor left I was left feeling confused and worried. From the time my wife and I spoke with Amy she explained everything thoroughly and in terms anyone could understand. My house was sold within 1 day and it was all thanks to Amy. She put in a lot of hard work during the closing process to make sure that everything went smooth. Despite the sellers agent being difficult Amy truly made the home buying process as easy and worry free as anyone would home. I would 100% recommend Amy to anyone needing a realtor!

We always had an amazing experience with Amy. this is our second home that we bought with Amy's help, she is on point, knowledgeable, super accessible and great to work with. The whole experience from beginning to end has been seamless.

Her introduction regarding the company was professional however after that I had issue. She was against the asking price. And I quote, " Ok, so I'm comfortable listing at $357,900 and see how that goes for a little while. I do think it's a little overpriced" 3 days after listing, we had an offer. She offered literally nothing during the process. We closed in less than 3 weeks @ $363,000. Not a congratulations ; I enjoyed working with you; nothing... The lawyer that was referred (Andrew Costa) was awesome! The title company was suspect. I'm assuming Amy just collects her portion of the check and moves on. I really doubt that this is a 1 off with her. Her customer service was very poor and I'm being kind. She left a very bad taste for me with Redfin.

Worst experience working with a realtor or ANY person whose job is working in her capacity, and we have built, bought and sold multiple properties. Because of the sub par treatment by Amy, we will NEVER refer Redfin to Anyone! We were "assigned" this realtor for our area through Redfin, therefore we didn't request to work with her. Amy did Absolutely NOTHING from Start to Finish to earn one dime of her commission. I would have preferred the attorney and/or the buyer's agent receive Amy's commission. An already stressful situation made MUCH WORSE by an incompetant realtor.

She has a deep knowledge of the south suburbs housing market and knows many realtors, which helped us interpret situations and smooth things along. The only negative was that she was sometimes hard to get a hold of, but I attribute that to COVID-19 and the extremely hot market at the time we were buying rather than faulting her. She was a pleasure to work with.
