Amy was amazing! She arranged showings quickly and never pressured me to make a decision. She was honest about potential issues in houses we saw and gave professional advice. She was also crucial to helping me get the financial assistance I needed. She made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I cannot recommend her highly enough! If I need help buying or selling in the future, I will absolutely come back to Amy!

I consider the sale of this house as a stressing case with its specific design elements, and high sale value. Gerardo brought energy, ideas, and perseverance to the redesign of the home and the marketing effort. He went well beyond the extra mile in his efforts, resulting in a successful sale. Gerardo is well connected and successful in the Madison area real estate market and yet treats his clients personably, not just as vehicles through which to conduct business.
