My husband and I live overseas and wanted to purchase land in preparation for moving back to WA. Trying to purchase land or a home from outside the US is a very complicated and somewhat frustrating process. Both Amy and Dave continued to go 'the extra mile' for us throughout the entire process of purchasing land in Key Peninsula. We honestly would not have been able to make it through this process without all the extra help and advice from Amy in particular. Amy adjusted to our completely different time schedule of being 15 hours ahead and guided us in each step of the way. Second time working with Amy, first with Dave. Super happy with our results. If we ever move again, they will handle the sale again! Amy was the sellers agent for our first experience and despite the fact that we had our own agent, it was Amy who guided us through the sale with our questions and when it went "sideways" Amy put it back in the right direction. What a professional, she literally was our hero on that one!

Dave and Amy offered grace and helped us navigate the waters with dignity. We eventually found our home and couldn't be happier. Professional, down to earth, forgiving and offering sound advice every step of the way! LOVE Dave and Amy!! Highly recommend.

I told them how bad my experience had been and asked Dave for his business card. I called him a week later and they made this stressful experience completely tolerable and almost fun! I have been and will continue sending business their way because they are fantastic people and we have stayed in touch to this day. I am definitely calling Amy and Dave again for my next home purchase.
