Also, she took a long time to respond to my phone calls and request for information and services: Lack of Support- I have had to manage all of the coordination and legwork on getting my house ready to sell. Lack of Communication- It was my understanding that Andrea would provide specific recommendations and directions on the look and style of my house that would be most attractive to buyers; in addition, she would help me select the right finish materials for all the areas of my house. It was a delight working with Andrea! Through all steps of the process, she was knowledgeable, available, and communicative. She has a kind nature which kept me calm during the entire timeframe, and also was creative in her thinking on how to market the property, and how to make it most appealing, without major changes or great expense to us. Andrea's a consummate pro, what I'd liken to a musician's musican or in this context, a Realtor's Realtor. (I'm licensed in CA and TX so I can say this). I believe Redfin agents have a different comp structure which includes a base salary. I believe it would be in RDFN's best interest to raise hers!

Andrea and the Redfin team were easy to work with and resulted in a quick sale despite market slow down due to rate hikes. Redfin is mostly a self service platform and works well for buyers and sellers who are self directed and comfortable with less interaction. The process moved very fast from and most everything was completed remotely, a plus during the pandemic and for those who have less time to travel to sign documents.
