I have been in real estate finance the majority of my entire life, and closed 100's of transactions. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. She would never return calls or texts, only around closing time. She has a serious attitude that is undeniable, asking me if i wanted to do her job when I questioned her on something. When she does follow up, she acts as you are bothering her. It appears that all of her leads are assigned to her, so she doesn't appreciate the people the Redfin spoon feed her. She has way too many customers at one time, so her clients suffer from her being overworked. After Redfin discharged two other agents whom had been working with us (Sal Salvatore & Stephanie) who was doing a great job we became extremely flustered. It was as if "NO ONE" wanted to work with us. Then Andrea Cross came into the picture. By this point we were ready to leave the earnest monies $10,000 and walk away... The Name "Redfin" made us very appenhensive to any of your Redfin's agents. Because, "Andrea Cross"was very determined to win us over we were able to purchase the home and we gained a dear friend. Andrea Cross is a outstanding agent... I would recommend "Andrea Cross" as a terrific agent NO matter what reality company she maybe with. I cannot say that I would recommend... REDFIN REALITY... to anyone unless Andrea Cross was with still with YOUR company....
