Andrea was wonderful. We contacted Redfin in November just to see a home without intention of purchasing. We did not buy that home but did on the second one we found. She navigated a difficult purchase with a low appraisal and did an excellent job with communication and making sure our needs were met. She is a wonderful person and we are very glad to have found her and work with her. Everything was scheduled flawlessly and our expectations were exceeded.
