I have worked with Andrea several times and won't work with anyone else. She is the absolute best in the business and I have full faith and confidence in her. Her knowledge of the various areas and markets is absolutely on point, so you know you are getting fully accurate information regarding sales, price points, etc. Further, she has a wealth of knowledge of homes in general so she helps you look out for issues amongst potential homes. I've walked away from more than one home that seemed almost too good to be true because of some hidden problem(s) that she was able to see and point out (which I didn't).
