Andrew was extremely personable and professional throughout my entire home-buying journey. I looked at about a dozen houses across multiple counties, and despite the considerable distance between the properties, he went to most of them with me. He often did so with very short notice. When he couldn't attend a showing, he promptly coordinated with an associate agent do so. Andrew had a lot to say about each property. His focus was often on the drawbacks lying beneath the surface; deferred maintenance and other issues that would not be immediately apparent to the average buyer, but that would cause headaches for the homeowner. We made offers on three different homes before reaching a deal. The house I settled on was in South Jersey, a 2-hour round-trip commute for Andrew, but he graciously made the trip 4 times to oversee the home inspection and final walkthrough. I'm very happy with the home I ended up with and could not have asked for a better agent. I doubt that there is one in Redfin's entire network.
