Andrew was an amazing agent. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the entire process. He had great communication and I was always aware what was going on and informed of any potential problems we would have to plan for. His planning and advice got multiple competing offers on my condo after the first open house and we ended up getting more than asking price! Andrew was a great asset and leader when we bought our home. He was aggressive with the sellers and the escrow company when they were falling behind on milestones. Maybe a tad bit too agressive, but I realize that is his job and quite possible why we were able to close on time. And he always followed through when he promised us an update during negotiations. We would recommend and use Andrew again.
