Andrew was great, ill be keeping in touch with him to help us find a new places when we are ready. However it has been over 22 hours since we sign the papers, and the money from the sells of our house still hasn't hot. We were told because it was an all cash offer that it should only have taken an hour if that. So we are little frustrated about that. But it's outside of the agent control, but he's still trying everything he can to see what the hold up is.

My girlfriend and I were looking for our first house and Andrew made the entire process as seamless as possible. Available anytime to answer all of our questions, going above and beyond in every aspect and even flying to a different state to be with us for closing and hiring movers when we arrived.
