I worked with Andrew on selling my home at Renton, WA. Did Andrew finish the job of selling my home with a good profit margin? YES For that reason, I give him 9/10. I didn't give 10/10 because we can always strive for better. Was the home selling process smooth? NO. It required a lot of patience. Even though Andrew faced the buyer's agent, dealt with them, crafted the negotiation, conversations, etc. As a seller, I did have to listen to my buyers, accommodate their time, be patient and do what I could to make the sale. The last time I purchased a home it wasn’t a pleasant one, so I was hesitant and cautious going in this time around. We are very pleased with our first experience using Redfin and working with Andrew.
