As we started to make offers, he never pushed us to make one or extend our price range. Even when knew we had little chance at a price, he didn't tell us we were unlikely or wasting time. When discussing price, he showed us how he looks at comparable sales and makes adjustments on them, and was refreshingly honest that he can't predict what would happen in a classic "crazy bay area" market - he can only analyze a price from real data points.
