Andy was a professional from day one. He was a pleasure to work with from the initial discussions regarding market conditions and setting a realistic price to the effective marketing of our home. We had a very narrow window of time to sell due to schedule constraints. Andy got the house sold and closed in time.

Andy Gillespie was professional and prepared. He gave solid advice regarding pricing & the needed repairs, and he was able to refer many different contractors to assure a fair price. Once the home was prepared for sale, it sold very quickly at the full asking price. Andy stayed involved to assure a smooth escrow and a timely closing. The entire process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend Andy Gillespie, and I will continue to use him for my residential real estate purchases and sales.

Andy was fantastic! I will tell all my friends about how understanding and efficient he is. I was in the process of a divorce and had many frustrating moments getting my spouse to participate and sign the necessary papers. Andy referred me to a lender who could accomodate my needs and worked dilligently to move the loan and escrow along. He was very empathetic in dealing with me and guided me along during a very confusing time in my life. A job well done and a very happy ending. I was so pleased with his follow through and attention to detail. I would recommend Andy to anyone in need of finding or selling their existing residence.

Andy did a terrific job with my condo purchase, from coming up with the initial strategy to win the deal to getting a very attractive lease agreement in place once the purchase was complete. He was very proactive in working the behind the scenes details to make sure all things were covered on our part to close escrow on time and I also appreciated that he pushed hard on my behalf to get me the best loan possible.
