From the moment I met Andy, I was struck by what a nice man he was. He took time to talk to me, listened to what I was looking for, and did everything he could to help me secure the perfect house. He returned all my calls and texts promptly and kept in constant contact with me every step of the way. In our busy lives, Andy made me feel like the purchase of my home was his top priority and made the closing on my house run smoothly. Any issues that arose were quickly remedied and he did everything he could to make this process as easy as possible. For the market being so tight, he saw our house pop up on MLS before it was really listed, got us over there, and we were the first to put an offer down. andy helped me purchase my dream home in september 2014. He connected me to a knowledgeable mortgage broker and because I was purchasing this house alone, he was patient in explaining the process of buying a house. after the sale was complete, he called me during a bad rainstorm and when he found out I had some minor flooding in the garage, he came over and took care of the leak by clearing out my rain gutter in the pouring down rain.
