Honest, up front about selling process, calm, patient. We had to sell our home before we could find and offer on another. A different agent was using scare tactics to try and have us go with her instead claiming if we sold first, we would end up homeless. She wanted to represent us and the seller but that meant she was protecting either party. Angela spent a great deal of time going over our options such as selling with a rent buyback clause where we would have 30 free days after selling our home to find another and even longer with payment to stay in our home if needed, so it would transition smoothly. She took the fear out of buying in today's market. Highly recommend her!
