Once again a Redfin agent has provided me with exceptional service. I lived 3,000 miles away from the home I purchased and was familiar with this community having spent vacations there. The home was purchased site unseen. Angelo made a video of the home for me providing detailed commentary as he walked through the home. He also did several personal favors for me that were otherwise my responsibility. He guided me through the purchase process reminding me of the responsibilities of all parties. He was able to negotiate on my behalf seller credits including the Redfin realtor fee which reduced the amount of cash I needed at closing. Angelo is a true professional and a credit to the Redfin organization.
