Ann Marie is very thorough and communicates during every step of the home buying process. She always follows up and makes sure that the timeline is stuck to and all paperwork is correct.

If you are looking to buy or sell your home I highly recommend you to work with Ann Marie. I worked with two other realtors before working with Ann Marie. I had to dismiss the first realtor, because she never had time to show me properties or was too busy to answer my calls. The second realtor would only show me her properties and would try to persuade me to buy a home I was not interested in buying. I was then recommended Ann Marie by one of my family members. I immediately noticed a difference working with her. I didn’t feel like I was bothering my realtor to show me properties or felt ignored or pressured to buy a certain home. Ann Marie helped me sell my home and purchase my current home. She gave me tips on how to get the most out of my house and worked around my schedule. I was nervous about selling my home, but she made the journey run smooth. I was able to sell my house and move in to my new home on the same day. It was not an easy task but she made it happened.
