An absolute dream to work with on every aspect of buying/selling a house. She is incredibly patient and kind with buyers/sellers, and so accommodating. She works her butt off to sell your house and make sure you get exactly the house you want. I would recommend her first before anyone else, absolutely.

Anne was great to work with. She is always available and easy to work with. She made the process of selling my moms house very simple. I would highly recommend Anne.

Anne was very easy to work with, explaining all aspects of selling our house.... it was our first house bought 44 years earlier so we didn't have a clue on what we needed to do. When we did put the house on the market, she was aggressive in advertising it, not only with putting it on her agency's site but putting it on facebook, having multiple showings. She sold our house in two months. If I were buying another house in the area, we would definitely recommend her.

There’s not enough amazing things I can say about Anne! She made herself available for us every step of the way (even when she was 8/9 months pregnant). She was very personable and understand when we had concerns and got back to us immediately when we had any questions! You can’t go wrong choosing Anne!

As a former realtor and frequent open house attendee, I cannot say enough good things about Anne Kurzdorfer and her assistance with selling my parents original home where I was raised and had emotional attachments. She listened, staged, photographed, listed, and advertised the home with unique glowing comments that resulted in immediate interest and 3 excellent contracts within 3 days. Closing was quick and smooth. She is the best I have experienced.
