Ann is the complete package. I found her on accident when I called her for information on one of her listings. She is a down to earth person that takes the time to identify exactly what we were looking for and keeping us from settling. We looked at almost 20 homes in less than three weeks and she powered through with enthusiasm. Most importantly, when we finally went under contract, Ann was on top of everything and guided us through the process while always staying ahead of schedule. Funny enough, the home inspector we used knew of Ann and he commented that she was the most knowledgeable and most stringent agent they had seen when it comes to the rules and processes. Ann helped us make a major life decision for our family and was accommodating the whole way. 10/10 highly recommend.
