We met Annu at one of the Open houses. At that time we were looking for an agent who could understand our needs and help us find our dream home. While talking to her, me and my wife somehow thought we should work with Annu. Our home searching journey started in January this year. From January till June, we saw many homes. During this time Annu was always available, responsive and patient in answering any questions that we asked her. She never gave us any advice or recommendations just for the sake of closing the deal. Apart from the professional relationship, Annu is very friendly and we always felt that personal touch while speaking with her. We definitely recommend her.

I contacted Gabriel Heredia first via Redfin to show us a property. Gabe was very helpful , knowledgable, and honest. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past and Gabe is by far the best. The evening we wanted to put in an offer, Gabe was out of town and asked for Annu's help. It was Friday late evening and Annu took the time to answer all of our questions and wrote the offer for us. Gabe continued to guide and negotiate with expertise after the initial offer. He has great knowledge regarding the market, any real estate concerns we had, and was a calm presence during that period of escrow.
