This was a very challenging purchase from the beginning. We had a very bad experience with our original agent and since this was my first time going through the home buying process, I couldn't trust a soul after. It was even more of a challenge to get a response from the property's HOA manager. Our original agent showed me the wrong unit on the property, so I told her we no longer needed her services and thats when I reached out to April. She agreed to be our agent and I knew right then that we had to make our offer. So I made sure to get it pre approved that day before anyone else can make an offer. We were very pleased with April and her services. From the beginning of the engagement she was very professional and provided us with a very detailed overview about Redfin, its advantages, and the process. We were remote buyers and she embraced us even though it is more challenging from all angles. She was always super responsive over text, phone, email and guided us successfully through the home buying experience end-to-end. Since we are not local she went beyond expectations to support us in our various needs to close the home.
