April helped us at every step, from inspections to closing, and gave really solid advice on the offer amount. Her negotiation skills stood out, she made sure our offer was competitive without overpaying. She also kept everything moving smoothly by staying on top of communication with the escrow team. Overall, the process felt much easier with her guidance. Definitely recommend!
