Very good communication, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, helped buyer navigate a few issues with financing and worked through the deal to close, ultimately sold the house for what we wanted (and more) - so tough to argue with results.

April was great and was always honest with her thoughts from the condition of some of the houses we looked at. She also worked towards finding me a home to meet all of my specific requirements and needs. She is also very knowledgeable and fun to work with.
