On the serious side, I've been a full-time REALTOR® based in Cedar Rapids Iowa since 2005 and I’ve helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes throughout Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and surrounding areas. My clients appreciate and trust what they tell me I do best – provide high-level guidance, communication, advice, problem-solving skills and support through what can be a big (and sometimes complicated) life decision. In addition to many years of real estate experience, I’m an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert—credentials I earned to better serve my clients. I have served as an MLS Committee member and Co-Chair, and elected Board Member for the Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors. Plus, with an MBA and background as Marketing Director, General Manager, and Capital Finance Director in the cable television industry, I bring strong business sense to each transaction. When I’m not helping people make real estate moves, you’ll likely find me making dance moves out on the dance floor, enjoying a swing or foxtrot!
