Arnold was a complete professional and was not pushy at all throughout our entire home-buying process. He is a very friendly individual who was both easy to work with and talk through as First-Time Home Buyers. Our homebuying process took us several months and, despite several unsuccessful bids, Arnold kept us motivated and worked with our fairly restrictive search range.
