It's my belief if it hadn't been for Art's hard work, attention, professionalism and willingness to get the job done, my condo would still be on the market. There were so many obstacles to overcome during this selling process but Art conquered each one willingly and then some. I've worked with other relators in the past but found my experience with Art was far and above all of them. I feel fortunate that our paths crossed and encourage everyone looking to sell their home to contact Art Bice as you will not find anyone who will work harder for you. He took so much stress off my plate and I will be forever grateful to him. You will not be disappointed.
