I could attest to Arthur's experience (extensive), professionalism (responsive, punctual, diligent), but what I love about him is his empathy. He LISTENS. Buying or selling a home is stressful in the best of circumstances. It can be an emotional roller coaster. Arthur understands this. He guided me through the jungle of offers and counter-offers, showings, etc., with sure calm. His steady hand was exactly what I needed. He goes beyond the call to achieve resolution. And most importantly, he tells the truth. In the real estate game, the truth can be hard. Far better it is to have an agent who is not afraid to tell the truth at the start than to have inevitable reality hit you at the end. Arthur was my agent, and now he's my friend. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We first met Arthur Cervantes when we had our second home in Irvine, CA listed for rent, as he was the realtor who brought us the wonderful family that would rent our home from us for approximately 3 years! We were so impressed with his professionalism & kindness, that we asked him to list that same rental property for sale. He did an excellent job, as he is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, communicative & responsive to any questions or concerns we might have had, & got it sold for an excellent price in a very reasonable period of time!

I was selling my Mother's home due to her illness, while I was personally overwhelmed with the whole thing, Arthur mad selling my Mom's place easy. he did everything for hiding junk in closets so he could take great photo's to closing and transferring keys.

Arthur is a person people. He is not only knowledgeable in his find of selling homes. He asked us what we were looking for, the type of home we want, & price but mostly helping us find the right home for us & didn’t waste our time showing us everything that was for sale but only homes that fit our checklist & Arthur found us our forever home. One thing about Arthur is he listens. We were very happy we met Arthur when we were looking for our new home.
