Ashley is truly in a class of her own. She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and invested in her clients. My budget was very limited but Ashley made me feel like I was her only client and her main priority. She is truly committed to ensuring that her clients are happy and gave real, practical advice focused on my best interests and not on closing a sale. She has now bent over backwards for me twice to ensure that my complicated situation (small budget and shopping from out of state) went smoothly. Overall Ashley did a good job keeping us informed and addressing our questions. However on the last two competing offers, we were not provided the details. We were told that they both matched our offer price. I know it was our responsibility to insist on getting this information; however, we were ready to sell the home because of all the costs to continue holding on to it. I would recommend that Redfin should have a formalized communication with the details of each offer received.
