Ashley helped us find a home after over two years of watching listings. He was responsive, helpful, friendly, and knew the area well. The home we ended up buying was one he found right after it listed, and had it not been for his advice about how to set up our offer, we might not have gotten it. Ashley was a huge help to us through the process, and I'd absolutely work with him again and recommend him to others.

We have worked with Ashley selling two homes, once in 2020, and again in 2022. Ashley is very courteous, and knows the market. Anything that came up from listing to close, he was very prompt to get both homes sold and closed promptly without unnecessary delays. He made us feel safe and confident for both sales, and was just a phone call away to answer any questions we had. Ashley definitely advocated for us during both sales, insuring we got above market value for our homes. We would definitely work with him again in the future.

Ashley sold a house that was part of an estate. I live in Virginia and the house was in Georgia. He went above and beyond to help me get this house ready to sell. From communication, to hiring contractors, to blowing the leaves off of the driveway-he was with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Ashley if you want a personal, hands on realtor!
