Austin Is an exceptional Representative, realtor, and person in general. He worked extraordinarily hard through the entire process, from day one to the finish. He certainly went above and beyond on all levels. In my experience throughout my life of buying and selling homes I've never dealt with someone more professional and more on the ball. He helped me get top dollar for my house and worked through all the processes doing twice the work of the buying agent and getting half the money. I won't lie, the process of buying a house sight-unseen from across the country was very daunting. Just about everything that could go wrong, did. Austin was one of the few bright spots in the process. If he said he was going to do something, he did. If he gave me information, it turned out to be true. Those are things that you would think should be a given in any transaction, but Austin made sure that no matter what I needed, I got it.
