Autumn was AMAZING!!! I had quit a unique situation. My long time Realtor died on me the day before he was going to list the property. I was devastated for our loss of dear friend. I still needed to move on with the sale. I looked for a new agent and came upon Autumn in my search. After we talked, and I explained what had transpired, we came up with a new plan to move forward. After a couple weeks of getting everything lined up, with tee's crossed and I's dotted; we were ready to go live. We put the property on the market Friday the 13Th, at 2:00 PM. By 6:00 PM, we had a full price offer from qualified buyers who wanted to close in one month!!!!!! WE were very happy with the follow up of Autumn and her team. Yes, we will recommend Autumn to others, and already have.
