I believe communication is very important specially when the customers are not too skill with realtor knowledge. Many times I did left messages and did not got a call back. Only if the realtor need it something from me. Many times I felt lost and ignore Other situations I experiences that really make feel terrible when I was left with not water over night once again left a message not response in-till next day . Other day I was left with not electricity over night my medication was damage because there was not electricity. All this happen after I got home from work at 7pm. Maybe they couldn’t do anything on their side to fixed the situation but at least acknowledged that fact I got a called next day after the whole night. This really make me feel terrible and mad at the same time. That is why I rated is 5. Communication is so important I could go with my kids I would like to thank you for helping me selling my old house and helping me for get my new home. Thank you so much. Sincerely
