I was skeptical about getting assigned a random realtor through Redfin. But Ian from the Babusak group ended up being really attentive, communicative, and accomodating. I never felt pushed one way or the other- he helped to schedule all showings around my busy schedule- and always found answers to my questions. Communicative, personable, friendly, and accommodating. He will get to know you as a person and advocate regarding if the property is a fit for your lifestyle. I'm glad that our personalities alligned and that we were able to find something within budget and in our preferred location.
