Didn't hear from him when we closed, but a word of congrats would've been really appreciated, especially since our closing took sooooo long. Overall, he did "ok", but when asked for help, he'd be like, "Well, you need to call so and so" instead of offering to help with making those calls. Wouldn't highly recommend, but if you need a more hands-off type, he'd work for that. He is a very nice person, just a bit inexperienced in 5-star service. Probably will get there at some point tho.

Moving to Florida in search of a high-end home comes with a high level of expectation from a real estate agent, and our realtor Nick definitely met our standards! He is very knowledgeable and hands on at setting up your home for viewing. The pictures of both inside and outside of your home are beautiful and state of the art. He stays in contact with you throughout the process and sends you feedback from other agents that show your home. Overall it was a very professional and worry free process. He did a great job and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their home in a quick and timely fashion!
