We used Barbara to sell our old house and buy our new one less than a year ago. She was incredibly helpful with suggestions on home staging and pricing strategy to help us maximize our sale price - we got far above the list price, and I attribute that in part to her guidance. On the home purchase side, she was always flexible, level-headed, and responsive. She worked well with the seller's agent, and we paid under asking for our new home. Highly recommend.
