Very professional. She had a plan for selling our home which was a total failure under our prior realtor. She knew the market and priced our house right. Great story...she had a cash buyer that was very "elusive" with delivering earnest money to the escrow agent. She even spent several hours in Jacksonville waiting for him to provide her with an earnest check. He never showed up. Within 2 days she had another cash buyer for the same price. SOLD. Couldn't be happier with her as our realtor!
