Can't say enough good things about Ben and his team. I honestly thought I would be lost in the large number of customers Redfin services, but Ben was always quick to respond. He made a total of 3 offers on hot properties and he always had the offers made up within hours of me taking a tour. I only missed out on those first properties because of cash buyers. His instant communications and depth of knowledge and expertise is what made my Redfin experience great. I honestly did not think I would get the attention I did from a "big realtor" company like Redfin and the Milwaukee team blew those expectation clean out of the water.

Our tenants of 8 years turned into the tenants from Hell when it was time to sell our house (they were the ones who told us they were breaking the lease and moving so it was a bit of a panic and scrambling on our end) and Ben dealt with them with kindness and diplomatically throughout their spontaneous pop-ins and stubborn demands once they moved out. He arranged all clean up behind them and set up appointments for the extensive repairs needed to make the house habitable for the new owner and kept me updated throughout, which was great since we live out of state.
