Ben Coffee was a great professional to have represent us. We appreciate his hard work and great attitude. I also want to tell RedFin that we specifically went with Redfin after meeting with Gabriel Pratoussy. If Gabe was still with Redfin, we would also score him a 10+! What a great person with high integrity and values. Gabe demonstrated to us as a very trustworthy agent and a sense of high knowledge and background of the real estate business. Gabe was able to land us a buyer within one week of being listed in a very competitive market. We were very sorry to hear from Ben that Gabe was no longer our agent. Thank you, RedFin. We will contact you again when we need to buy and/or sell in the future.

Ben took over during the final few weeks of the sale of my house when my previous agent ended up having to leave fairly abruptly for another opportunity. Ben did a great job at putting my mind at ease during a really stressful time, responding to all of my questions, and finishing up all of the tiny details that needed to happen before we closed. He also initiated contact with my buying agent to make sure that both transactions were on the same page. Ben, and Redfin, made a scary process much easier. So grateful I chose them to represent me in my sale (and purchase!)

The whole team was very organized and arranged to list my house, have great pictures taken and set up an open house in less than 1 week. He helped me get the best price for my unit despite issues with condo litigation.

Ben was very good for us to work with. We liked his steady manner and good counsel. We moved to Seattle while our Portland house was for sale, leaving the home empty. Ben kept an eye on the property with weekly visits, and he saved us a trip to Portland on several occassions by doing things we needed to have done. We greatly appreciated that extra attention. Ben was absolutely fantastic. I have purchased and sold 15-20 homes in my life and am now a full convert to the Redfin model. At every step Ben and his team were there working hard for us and proving the Redfin model. In the negotiations is where he shined the brightest. He delivered in our best interests with a calm and poise that secured a tough deal. Redfin and hopefully Ben will have my future business and honestly Redfin is the only direction I would recommend anyone go!

Ben was good at getting our house on the market, reviewing offers and helping me select the best one. Once the contract was signed, I felt like he was not as available, didn't keep me in the loop and communication was poor. I love the Redfin model, and appreciate the discounted listing fee, I felt like I had to remind myself of this as the transaction progressed with Ben. Would I use Refin again over a traditional agent, absolutely. I would use Ben again as well.

The buyers we chose proved to be difficult, resulting in ongoing negotiations and delays, but Ben never wavered from representing our best interest and keeping us well-informed every step of the way. Ben was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable about the process and the value and marketing of our home. He was incredibly responsive and patient throughout our time working together, which was longer than anticipated due to an initial failed sale-- so he had to sell our house twice, and he did a great job both times!

Ben was great to work with and proved essential during every step of the selling process. For example, I had to leave town during a critical stage of closing, and Ben went above and beyond to keep everything in order and managed several repairs that occurred close to our closing deadline. Furthermore, Ben also impressed me in his handling of a difficult buyer's agent and an unusual closing schedule. Great guy.

Ben did a great job navigating us through an extremely difficult selling process. Our buyers had all sorts of delays and demands and wound down the clock just enough that it didn't make sense to go backwards and start again. Ultimately we were not entirely happy with the whole situation, but none of that was Ben's fault (it was all on the buyer side) and he helped us navigate through several nightmarish months of delays. He was also positive, empathetic, knowledgeable about the area, etc. This was a fluke of bad situations and I'm glad Ben and his team were on our side throughout it! Ultimately the house was sold and we all made it through okay, thanks in large part to Ben's patience and advice.
