I fired a turd and found a diamond in Beth. Beth made herself available for immediate showings on a few homes that we knew could be ours if we acted quickly during a very stressful change of realtors. The entire team concept that Redfin lives and breathes was amazing. The constant updates on the process was nice and refreshing. Best yet, I received a $3449.00 credit at closing for using Redfin! Try getting that from the other big name Brokerage firms.

Beth was extremely helpful with her efforts to sell our home. Through no fault of her own, we experienced a few disappoinments along the way but she nevertheless kept persevering - eventually leading us to a successful close. Additionally, it helps that she is a very knowledgeable realtor as she helps her clients navigate the often difficult buyers a seller will encounter. In general, I would grade Beth an A+ as far as her performance as our realtor. This is the second transaction I have done with REDFIN, having recently bought a home in North Carolina. I can state unequivocally, that based on these I experiences, I would highly recommend REDFIN, and specially Beth.

Beth and her team are by far the most professional realtors we have ever worked with. The whole tedious process of searching for a home, qualifying for a mortgage, inspectors, appraisers, and dealing with the seller was incredibly less stressful due to Beth's hands-on assistance.

We felt no pressure when looking at houses, she let us look without being on our tails, and although pointed out different aspects of the houses, did not offer her own opinions unless we asked her. Beth was the best during a very difficult short sale transaction. Let me be clear, this was the most difficult purchase I have made as the sellers agent was the worst possible person to deal with. Beth handled this with the utmost professionalism and is great agent to have on your side. She always delivered every document timely and was always available to be on the property for inspections. Couldn't be happier with her dedication during this purchase. Highly recommended and will ask for her by name in the future. If I could select 11 on the happy scale I would!!!
