Millie Thomas provided excellent service throughout the selling experience. The initial market analysis was done quickly and accurately. All showings were coordinated with us and the number of prospective purchasers seeing the property was limited to serious buyers. I was kept informed of all progress during the period of the contract and the closing was smooth and straight forward. The commission fee was reasonable for the market. Millie was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
