Gary is great!! First of all, he’s a wealth of information about the state and the general area. In addition, he was extremely communicative, and went “above and beyond” in multiple ways - researching aspects of the property I had questions about, referring and even consulting with experts on my behalf, and answering all of my seemingly endless questions in a professional, friendly manner. He also provided honest feedback during my search. I felt he had my best interest in mind and wasn’t just trying to “sell.”
